What you get
Customers see a delivery price without calling or waiting for a response.
Qalt uses your mileage, weight, item, vehicle, stairs, inside delivery, after-hours, and large-item rules.
Customers see where the price comes from, which builds trust and cuts the back-and-forth.
Customers submit contact and delivery details so you receive a complete lead or booking request.
Embed Qalt with one snippet instead of rebuilding your site.
Before Qalt
Built for delivery companies
Qalt is designed around real delivery pricing workflows, so the quote your customer sees matches how you actually charge.
Tell us about your delivery business and we will show you how Qalt could work with your pricing, branding, and services.
No. Qalt calculates an estimate using the operator's saved rates, route, services and fees. Submitting contact and delivery details saves a pending quote request. The operator handles acceptance, scheduling and dispatch.
The request appears in the merchant's quote dashboard. Qalt attempts an email notification to the operator and a quote summary to the customer. Enterprise merchants with webhooks enabled also send quote events to their configured endpoint. This is not an automatic sync to dispatch software.
Enterprise merchants need a connected Stripe account and payments enabled on the form. Stripe Checkout collects the full quoted amount, not a deposit. A verified Stripe event marks the quote paid and confirmed. Payment does not assign a driver or confirm a delivery time. The merchant manages Stripe fees, payouts and refunds through their connected account.
